Ron Carter is a cinematographer/camera operator in television series, commercials, concerts, documentaries, music videos, Corporate video and new media such as webisodes and Videoblogs. Based in Los Angeles, Ron has worked throughout the United States and around the world on various projects.

He is skilled in lighting, designing shots for dollies, cranes, hand held etc. and is comfortable with all formats of HD including the Sony F55, F3 and F-900, Panasonic P2 and GH4 (4K) cameras, RED, Canon 5D and others.

After studying at several production schools, apprenticing with an Emmy Award winning DP, Fred Donelson he started Sunrise Canyon Video gaining much experience in the 4 camera Truck and stage. He continues learning with ongoing training like The Santa Fe workshop and other seminars and workshops.
